Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If a client is not satisfied with the service, we will offer a free re-service or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
